HeyGears develops 3D printers, printing resins and software for digital dentistry. Founded in Guangzhou in 2015, the brand’s UltraCraft printers bring more than 50 dental applications into one system, from fixed restorations and removable prosthetics to implants and orthodontics.
HeyGears is MS Dental’s solution partner for dental 3D printing. We offer the printer, the washing and curing units and the UltraPrint resins as parts of one workflow. In the Resin Dentistry courses, HeyGears 3D printing systems are taught together with Saremco CROWNTEC.

The UltraCraft A2D HD 3D printer, the UltraCraft Wash lite washer and UltraCraft AirCure post-curing unit, UltraPrint resins, and accessories such as the starter kit, resin tanks and the Pulsing Release kit.
It covers more than 50 dental applications across four fields: fixed restorations, removable prosthetics, implants and orthodontics. It is desktop-sized; parts are removed with one click and a chip system recognises the material and printing strategy automatically.
Model (grey and beige), try-in and temporary, On-X Teeth Try-in for All-on-X, denture base and flexible denture, gingiva, custom tray, casting, surgical guide, and KeyStone hard and soft splint resins.
The Resin Dentistry courses teach permanent restorations and appliances made by 3D printing, hands-on with HeyGears 3D printing systems and Saremco CROWNTEC. Current dates are on our News and Events page.
