2. Personal data we process
Our website has no forms, user accounts or online sales. We only process personal data when you contact us and within a business relationship:
- Identity and contact details: name, title or organisation, phone number, email address.
- Requests and correspondence: questions, quotes, catalogue and document requests sent by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- Transaction details: order, delivery and invoicing information; company details for dealership applications.
- Security data: technical logs kept by the hosting infrastructure when you visit the website, such as IP address, browser details and access time.
3. Purposes
- Answering your requests and informing you about products, documents and courses.
- Handling quotes, orders, deliveries and after-sales processes.
- Assessing dealership and partnership applications.
- Receiving and organising registrations for events and courses.
- Keeping the website secure and fixing technical errors.
- Meeting legal obligations (including tax, commercial and medical device law) and protecting our rights in disputes.
4. Collection method and legal grounds
Data is collected verbally, in writing or electronically via phone, WhatsApp, email, trade fairs, events and meetings, and partly automatically (website technical logs).
Legal grounds under Article 5(2) KVKK: performance of a contract (c), compliance with a legal obligation (ç), establishment, exercise or protection of a right (e), and our legitimate interest provided it does not harm your fundamental rights (f).
5. Transfers
Limited to the purposes above and in line with Articles 8 and 9 KVKK, data may be shared with:
- Public authorities authorised by law.
- Business partners providing shipping, logistics, accounting and financial advisory services.
- Manufacturers we represent, where necessary for supply and technical support.
- The hosting provider of the website: technical logs may be processed on servers abroad, with the safeguards required by Article 9 KVKK.
6. Third-party services
- WhatsApp: messages sent via WhatsApp are processed on WhatsApp’s (Meta) infrastructure under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Google Maps: the map on the contact page loads only when you click “Show map”; Google may then process data under its own policies.
- Instagram and other links: third-party sites reached through our links are responsible for their own privacy practices.
7. Retention
Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the periods set by law (e.g. 10 years for commercial books and records), then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your rights under Article 11 KVKK
- to learn whether your personal data is processed,
- to request information if it has been processed,
- to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- to request deletion or destruction under Article 7 KVKK,
- to request that corrections or deletions be notified to recipients,
- to object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis,
- to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
9. How to apply
You can send requests in writing with information identifying you to Çay Mahallesi Mustafa Kemal Güneşdoğdu Caddesi No:33A, Çarşamba / Samsun, Türkiye, or to info@msdental.com.tr from the email address registered with us, or with a secure electronic signature, mobile signature or registered electronic mail (KEP), in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
Requests are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest. If the action involves an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
